What are your delivery hours?
We deliver throughout the day, with the latest delivery by 9 PM.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
We do not guarantee specific delivery times as deliveries are scheduled to optimize routes. If you need flowers at a particular time, we strongly recommend picking them up.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery anywhere in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) is $18.99.
Is there an additional fee for large orders?
Yes, for orders over $500, a handling fee of $89.99 applies due to the volume of boxes.
Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?
Yes! We highly recommend pickup to ensure flowers remain in optimal condition and to avoid delivery delays.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Please call us to check availability for same-day delivery.
Should I plan to arrange flowers on the same day they are delivered?
We do not recommend it. Since deliveries can arrive anytime before 9 PM, it's best to schedule your flower arrangement for the following day.
How do I care for my flowers after receiving them?
Unpack flowers immediately and trim stems at a 45-degree angle.
Place them in fresh, clean water with floral preservatives.
Store them in a cool, shaded area, away from direct sunlight, heat, and drafts.
My flowers look a little wilted upon arrival. What should I do?
Trim the stems and place them in fresh water.
Allow a few hours for them to perk up.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend ordering at least 14 days in advance, especially for large events or weddings.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and e-transfers.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Cancellation depends on the flower type. If your flowers were specifically ordered from the farm, we cannot cancel your order if you request cancellation less than 14 days before delivery.
Are all flowers always in stock?
Availability depends on seasonal and market conditions. If a flower is unavailable, we will offer a similar alternative.
Do you offer wedding or event packages?
We specialize in bulk flowers, but we can assist with recommendations on quantities and flower choices for weddings and events.
Do you provide floral supplies like vases, foam, or tape?
Yes! We carry a selection of floral supplies to help with your arrangements.
