Indoor Plant – Variegated English Ivy
English Ivy is a regular choice among house plant owners. The Indoor Plant – Variegated English Ivy plant grows in the form of long strands and braids, and is ideal for placing on terraces, window sills, and shelves.
It has a simplistic look to it, and suits better if you are going for a vintage look in your décor , but he English Ivy is a really tough, evergreen vine, and is an excellent climber.
It is normally used to cover brick walls and shelves.
Taking Care of Your English Ivy:
- Avoid direct sunlight. The English Ivy is native to Europe and thrives in mild temperatures and sunlight.
- Keep the soil moist, but do not choke with water, also, plant shouldn’t be allowed to stand in the water!
- Under ideal conditions, the Ivy doesn’t require any fertilizer. Still it is advisable that you use a little fertilizer in the early spring, before the period of vigorous growth starts.
