We do not guarantee specific delivery times as deliveries are scheduled to optimize routes. If you need flowers at a particular time, we strongly recommend picking them up.

Delivery anywhere in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) is $18.99.

Yes, for orders over $500, a handling fee of $89.99 applies due to the volume of boxes.

Yes! We highly recommend pickup to ensure flowers remain in optimal condition and to avoid delivery delays.

We do not recommend it. Since deliveries can arrive anytime before 9 PM, it's best to schedule your flower arrangement for the following day.

Unpack flowers immediately and trim stems at a 45-degree angle.
Place them in fresh, clean water with floral preservatives.
Store them in a cool, shaded area, away from direct sunlight, heat, and drafts.

This is normal due to transport. To rehydrate them:
Trim the stems and place them in fresh water.
Allow a few hours for them to perk up.

We recommend ordering at least 14 days in advance, especially for large events or weddings.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and e-transfers.

Cancellation depends on the flower type. If your flowers were specifically ordered from the farm, we cannot cancel your order if you request cancellation less than 14 days before delivery.

Availability depends on seasonal and market conditions. If a flower is unavailable, we will offer a similar alternative.

We specialize in bulk flowers, but we can assist with recommendations on quantities and flower choices for weddings and events.
